If this ad format is not a designated in-stream or out-stream ad format, video content can only be implemented in processing as a third-party redirect in the host-initiated subload. If the video is loaded only after user interaction (e.g., clicking the play button), the file size must not exceed 20 MB and the maximum length must not exceed 120 seconds. In all other cases, the maximum length is 15 to 30 seconds, and the maximum file size is 4 MB for desktop websites and 2 MB for mobile websites. The frame rate should be 25 frames per second (FPS). Sound may only play in response to user interaction.
