This ad format combines 2 ad formats on separate placements on the page. Creative scope for design and an impressive appearance inside the content and framing it.

IAB TCF 2.0 (GDPR macro)

iq digital only admits technology service providers (vendors) for the delivery of advertisements and coordinated tracking that comply with the rules of IAB-TCFv2.0 (Transparency and Consent Franemwork) and have been approved for inclusion on our customers websites (see: Overview technology provider).

The provision of tracking (e.g. tracking pixels) for advertising media or 3rd party redirects must be inclusive GDPR macro (gdpr and gdpr_consent). The creator of the tracking /3rd-party URL makes sure that these parameters are replaced with its ID value (GVL-ID), added only once and passed to services that expect and can handle them correctly.

The outer areas (L,R) also move into the permanently visible area when the user scrolls the page and therefore act like posters in the outer areas offering a high level of creative freedom.

General

The ad formats are optimized for the standard resolution: 1280 x 1024 px

Tablet Fallbackbanner

It is also pointed out that advertising formats on outer surfaces on tablets can lead to misrepresentations. It is therefore recommended for fixed placements to also deliver a billboard, which is used as a fallback.

Display area

iq digital automatically sets the width and height of the advertising space or the surrounding top iFrame element of the creation to suit the area of the available display space next to the content and ensures positioning in the permanently visible area of the browser.

Responsivity

The following applies: the creative agency is responsible for the ad motif representation within the display frames with different sizes of the ad space.
This means that with delivery of a:

physical HTML5 zip file or 3rd-party iFrame, the creative agency provides a responsive ad with a ready functionality that automatically downsizes, upsizes, positions or replaces the content of the creation (HTML, CSS, texts, images, other …) to suit the provided display area (which may be larger or smaller than the initially optimised format) and that ensures full and optimum presentation. Please also make sure the click button/area is of a corresponding size.

physical IMAGE file, scaling (larger/smaller than initial format in aspect ratio 1:2 - e.g. 300x600px) and compliance with the aspect ratios is directly via the templating of iq digital. To avoid blurring, the IMAGE should be realised with corresponding resolution in the context of the max. file sizes.

Interplay of motifs

When designing the motif, please note that the middle top banner remains static in the initial format and does not adopt the dynamic format of the sitebar. The content in the top banner should therefore be created separately from the presentation in the sitebars. The format 300 x 600 px (1:2) serves as a guide value for the aspect ratio for the sitebars.
