eco ad® Label
If it is an eco ad® booking, the eco ad® label will be displayed on the ad as follows:
Size:
Width: 4% of the ad width
Height: calculated automatically (eco ad® label width x 1.74).
Position (distance from the bottom and right edges):
5 px from the bottom edge
5 px from the right edge
It is recommended not to place any logos, text, or other important elements in this area. For special advertising formats with backgrounds, the label is displayed exclusively on banners that are within the main page content. The background itself is not labeled.
IAB TCF 2.0 (GDPR macro)
iq digital only admits technology service providers (vendors) for the delivery of advertisements and coordinated tracking that comply with the rules of IAB-TCFv2.0 (Transparency and Consent Franemwork) and have been approved for inclusion on our customers websites (see: Overview technology provider).
The provision of tracking (e.g. tracking pixels) for advertising media or 3rd party redirects must be inclusive GDPR macro (gdpr and gdpr_consent). The creator of the tracking /3rd-party URL makes sure that these parameters are replaced with its ID value (GVL-ID), added only once and passed to services that expect and can handle them correctly.

Dynamic Fireplace
Description
The outer areas (L,R) also move into the permanently visible area when the user scrolls the page and therefore act like posters in the outer areas offering a high level of creative freedom.

This ad format consists of 3 ad components (T, L and R – L and R are connected laterally to T). All components are served via 1 ad space position.

General
The ad formats are optimized for the standard resolution: 1280 x 1024 px
Tablet Fallbackbanner
It is also pointed out that advertising formats on outer surfaces on tablets can lead to misrepresentations. It is therefore recommended for fixed placements to also deliver a billboard, which is used as a fallback.
Display area
iq digital automatically sets the width and height of the advertising space or the surrounding top iFrame element of the creation to suit the area of the available display space next to the content and ensures positioning in the permanently visible area of the browser.
Responsivity
The following applies: the creative agency is responsible for the ad motif representation within the display frames with different sizes of the ad space.
This means that with delivery of a:
physical HTML5 zip file or 3rd-party iFrame, the creative agency provides a responsive ad with a ready functionality that automatically downsizes, upsizes, positions or replaces the content of the creation (HTML, CSS, texts, images, other …) to suit the provided display area (which may be larger or smaller than the initially optimised format) and that ensures full and optimum presentation. Please also make sure the click button/area is of a corresponding size.
physical IMAGE file, scaling (larger/smaller than initial format in aspect ratio 1:2 - e.g. 300x600px) and compliance with the aspect ratios is directly via the templating of iq digital. To avoid blurring, the IMAGE should be realised with corresponding resolution in the context of the max. file sizes.
Interplay of motifs
When designing the motif, please note that the middle top banner remains static in the initial format and does not adopt the dynamic format of the sitebar. The content in the top banner should therefore be created separately from the presentation in the sitebars. The format 300 x 600 px (1:2) serves as a guide value for the aspect ratio for the sitebars.

Banner 3:1
Description
iq digital uses new stationary formats of the IAB New Ad Portfolio in a transitional phase. We go a step further than the IAB and now offer new formats with fixed aspect ratios and format sizes. The fixed format sizes are optimized on the aspect ratio of the advertising form and the available max. size range for an advertisement on the web page (margin-to-margin).

Static Serving
The new formats are only implemented on stationary portals, which feature a correspondingly optimized page layout (page layouts with 1000 pixel wide advertising areas). In some few individual cases - when the layout provides less than 1000 pixel space - the banner will be scaled down, but not by more than 6% of its original size.
